2. Shoulder Exercises

It is vital to do shoulder exercises because without the right exercise and stretching, the pain will keep coming back. You should do the same gently because with a pain, you don’t want to overdo anything. Light shoulder exercises include rolling the shoulder forward and backwards. 9. Drink Lime With Honey

Due to deposition of uric acid, shoulder pains may be triggered off. Drinking lime juice with some honey helps in flushing them out. Do this at least twice a day to make sure that you get respite.

10. Soak In The Sun

Another home remedy for shoulder pain is getting some direct sunlight on the area. Lack of vitamin D weakens bones and muscles. Getting some sunlight on the area provides heat and also the needed vitamin. So go ahead and lie down in the balcony to soak in the sun.
